I love politics. I don’t like the politics within Politics. That is to say, I’m not very good at the political part of business. Recently, my demeanor has been skewed because of my actions toward a few key players in BIO’s business circles and I’m not sure how to deal with it. What I do know is it would have served me better to treat these key people with kid gloves instead of the ‘club o conflict’ I sparingly and concisely use once in a while. I’ll have to let that go for now.

With BIO, all I want to do right now, (aside from playing Captain Fabulous), is finish creating our business plan, continue to solidify our business model and secure the financing at the same time as maintaining and establishing brand management. In other words, I feel I am the ‘go to guy’.

With the past experience of managing and running businesses I think I can answer the questions people have about us and the business. As a private and public investor myself, I understand what is needed when someone wants me to invest in them. I feel I am maintaining the backbone behind the scenes.

Unfortunately, no one else knows that, even my business partners in BIO don’t see this. Again, it must be poor political posturing on my part. To everyone else, I am the computer guy that makes the posters and who likes to be Captain Fabulous.

So we have investors not knowing who to talk to. I need to change that.

I am in the business of events and at our meetings we talk about how to do our events better and how to do new and better events. It is 10 past 1 in the morning and I am tired of talking about events so good night.

How many of you use WordPress?

I’m going to create a blog for BIO that connects to our WordPress blog and I have a few questions.

I have noticed WordPress offers a number of plugins for Live Journal compatibility and synchronization.

Can we have a conversation about this?

Any young people wanting to get into kink but thought it was filled with old people? look no further. A fine young group out at UBC are creating a munch style of gathering, (but without the food menu). There is an educational component as well. I went to the first one to talk a bit about BIO - I think I was just some old guy to them.
